In the event that you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify opnbi Training in writing via email at least two weeks prior to the training start date. We will issue you with a credit note, which can be used towards future courses or opnbi consulting only, credit notes must be used all at once and within six months from the day of the issuance date. Please be advised that training does not issue refunds for cancellations for any reason. If opnbi is forced to cancel the training for any reason, we will attempt to reschedule the training for the next available training course. If that is not possible, opnbi will refund the course registration fees.
